Chartwell supported our father Sam after our mother passed away by helping him choose an apartment that suited his needs. Stephen, Sharon, and the staff were kind and made his transition from his home much easier. After such a difficult loss, they took extra care to help him adjust and connect with new friends. When Dad’s dementia progressed, the team worked with our family and Alberta Health Services to move him into memory care within the same residence. Liana and her team there were patient, attentive, and familiar with his changing needs. After his recent passing, several staff members reached out with condolences and shared stories about their time with him. It meant a great deal to know he was surrounded by people who cared. We are grateful to the management, staff, nurses, and aides for their professionalism and kindness throughout his time at Chartwell.

I just want to give a big thank you to Sharon and Stephen! My parents ran into an unexpected situation when my mom needed to go to emergency. When she was released, she needed assisted living support. Needing to find a solution, my wife and I popped into Griesbach, no appointment, and Sharon was extremely helpful in providing us with all the services that could help my mom and dad. In a short period of time, and with the help of Stephen, we were able to move my parents into one of the rooms. The renovations make the residence feel like a hotel. Staff are smiling and very welcoming. And best of all, my mom is receiving the assistance she needs and my dad loves the fresh meals. Thanks to all the staff for the services and help they provide, they are awesome!

Good morning Sharon. On behalf of my mom and myself, I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for your time on Tuesday, October 28th 2025. The arrangements you made for our visit and dinner speaks to your caring and careful attention to your residents and guests. We felt that you treated us as VIPs but also that is how you may be with everyone, as evidenced by the smiles, waves and interactions of everyone we encountered during our walkthrough. Thank you for your professionalism, your compassion and your attentiveness. We look forward to continuing to work with you as mom's needs demand.
