We recently had the opportunity to work with Kensington Venvi in Oakville after being brought on as decorators, and it was genuinely a great experience from start to finish. From day one, Esther, Karla, and Homer were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were welcoming, organized, and clear in their vision, but also open to ideas and collaboration. That balance makes such a difference on a project. Communication was smooth, expectations were well outlined, and there was a real sense of teamwork throughout. The facility itself is beautifully maintained. It is clean, thoughtfully designed, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. You can see the care that goes into keeping the space looking its best. It made our role as decorators even more enjoyable because we were working within a setting that already reflected quality and attention to detail. We truly appreciated the opportunity to collaborate with the Kensington Venvi team. It was a professional, positive experience, and we would be happy to work with them again in the future. I have nothing but good things to say about The Kensington! My father has been there for 5 months and has settled in nicely. The staff are excellent - reliable, friendly, and helpful. My father is eating well, has company and is safe. He particularly enjoys the exercise classes and any musicians who come in (several times a week). A heartfelt thanks to all of the staff who have welcomed my father.

The Kensington is a lovely place! Everyone Starting with the front desk experience… To the incredible sales team and caring Wellness staff if I could give the Kensington 10 stars I would! The kitchen staff and amazing chef make the dining room experience a delight. The activities director is amazing and so engaging with the residents! The building itself is beautiful from the moment you walk in you feel like you are home!
