What a Fantastic Retirement Residence, very warm and welcoming environment right when you step into the front doors. The Residents here seem to be right at home . The food is tremendous with a very experienced Culinary team and the helm. So impressed!!!

My parents moved into Chartwell Thornhill last May. Since day one, Karon, Franzel and all their staff have been nothing but absolutely wonderful. They are available, professional, compassionate and listen to both residents and family members. Stephanie’s activity program is well thought out and matches any cruise ships itinerary! One last shout out to Carol, your smiling face and customer service is the first face of Chartwell Thornhill. Thank you for looking after my parents

The staff at Chartwell Thornhill are truly wonderful. Two individuals, in particular, deserve special recognition for going above and beyond. Karon Cripps stands out for her unwavering commitment to customer service and her sincere care. Her professionalism, insight, and effectiveness in addressing family concerns have been incredibly reassuring and deeply appreciated. Ann W. also deserves heartfelt thanks for her constant dedication and attentiveness. She seems to be everywhere at once, always giving her full attention to each resident with genuine care. On behalf of our family, thank you for giving us peace of mind when it comes to our mother’s care. Your kindness and devotion do not go unnoticed.
