Since Placing my Mom in a Retirement Home, she has never been happier at Aspire Villa da Vinci, Susy has been a great help in locating my mom a room that suited her needs, she has been a great support to ensure my Mom was happy. Thank you Susy for all you do for my mom to ensure her stay is memorable.

I lived there for just over a year, 25-27, when there was no general manager I could work there and service was taken care of. When Nelia came prices go up, the staff chases you for potential charges. It's not customer driven anymore, just horrible before I left. Check on the elders you entrust there because they are getting financially abused. High in medical malpractice, if someone relies on those nurses for medication I can see why so many pass fast there. Be safe!

My mother moved into Villa da Vinci just over three years ago, and in the past year, there has been a very noticeable and positive change at the Villa with the arrival of the General Manager, Lina. She is a very kind, caring, compassionate, dedicated and supportive individual who has enriched the lives of all the residents and their families with her vision and exceptional leadership. Lina and her team have brought back many Italian traditions to the Villa that were lacking in the past. It was wonderful to see my mother as well as the other residents enjoying themselves at the various activities, musical events and cultural celebrations. Unfortunately, with the pandemic, my mother slowed down, yet the staff were attentive and tried to engage her in these activities. It is also worth noting that the food/dining experience has improved greatly, and it is also refreshing to see the many renovations that have taken place. I would recommend the Villa to anyone looking for an Italian community-based retirement home for their loved ones.
