  My aunt has been a resident at Chartwell Valley Vista for over a year now, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience for her and for our family. The level of care provided to the residents is exceptional. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. It’s clear that they truly care about the well-being and happiness of everyone who lives there. The food is excellent, with delicious and well-balanced meals that reflect the residents’ warm, predominantly Italian culture. That said, all cultures are celebrated and included, which creates a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone. My aunt especially enjoys the many friends she has made and the variety of activities offered each day. Whether it’s social gatherings, exercise classes, Mass, Rosary, outings or special events, there’s always something to look forward to. She often says how happy she is that she decided to move from her home to this residence. She feels completely catered to and loves that she no longer has to worry about maintaining a house; she can simply relax and enjoy life! We couldn’t be more pleased with her decision and the wonderful community she now calls home. A special thank you to Francesca who has always made my aunt feel so welcome and who is always there with a smile and willing to lend a helping hand.

  My mom moved into Chartwell Valley Vista on Aug 12 for a short 31 day stay from hospital and to see if she wanted to stay permanently. She was not even there two weeks and made her decision to stay. It was very hard for my sister and I to come to the decision that my mom should no longer live on her own. We toured a few homes and were very unsure and left more confused until we had a tour with Christina at Valley Vista. We both came out of there smiling. It was such a lovely lively place. The staff have been just wonderful in helping my mom adjust. From day one Christina and Francesca have been professional kind understanding and amazing. My mom is able to stay in the room that she is in for her short stay and we can borrow any of the furniture etc in the room. This has made things so much easier for us with this transition. My mom in just a few weeks is looking so much better sleeps better has less pain as she is walking more and absolutely loves the food. Infact I am so jealous smelling and hearing about what she eats. She is meeting many people and is so happy. My mom can have privacy if she wants and can mingle and socialize when she wants. One of the residence there plays the piano and it is lovely to hear. My husband described this place as a five star hotel. Christna and Francesca thank you for everything I feel like you are part of our family now.
