A person is calling the receptionist desk and nobody’s picking up. I’ve been calling for the past hour now and no one‘s picking up what’s the point of having a receptionist if you’re not gonna pick up the call

To all the staff that takes care of my Aunt.. LPNs, front desk, kitchen staff, coordinators ect..Thank you. You are all truly amazing. My family appreciates it.

Our Mom has been here since July. As an RN of 37 years I can’t say enough good things.I was very worried how this would go given what I’ve seen in my career. A small place, staff are friendly and welcoming. This lends itself to personalized care. They really know their patients and are in frequent communication with us about our Mom. The nurses are very attentive to any changes in Moms health and quick to respond with appropriate measures. Very impressed with the medical care. The physician comes weekly and is readily available to discuss any concerns. She’s even called me twice to discuss options. From the first pre admission appointment I could tell there was a patient first culture. We feel very comfortable having our Mom in such a great place getting amazing care.
