  Mom was loved and well cared for in MacTaggart. She thrived despite all her physical limitations and developed a personal relationship with the care staff, asking about them even when she was moved to hospice. I met with the staff regularly so there was good communication and felt respected and that they were responsive to her needs. It was a new journey for us all and the management staff professionally guided us through. Of all the places I have visited, if I had to do this again, I would still choose the best of care, which we definitely had here.

  MacTaggart Place was the easiest and best decision we could have made when faced with the difficult decision of memory care for our mom. The residence and the residents are sparkling clean, the menu nutritious and varied, and the activities fun and meaningful. But the most outstanding feature of this particular facility are undoubtedly the staff. From the front office administration to the support staff to the medical front line, each and every team member was gracious, patient and kind to both our mom and our family. I truly cannot describe how lucky we were to have witnessed such generosity of spirit from our dear friends at MacTaggart Place. We had such high hopes for the care of our most vulnerable and precious loved one, and can honestly say that every expectation was exceeded.
