I am not confident about buildings made by Christenson. I know people, myself included, that have experienced problems with their construction. Also, I just heard that one of their senior complexes had a lovely meeting room. Then, the meeting room was turned into another condo unit, much to the disappointment of some of the residences.

Once upon a time it seemed like a good place to live. My mother in law loaned Christenson over $300,000 for a life lease. They never did build the two other buildings the sales literature promoted so there was no aging in place, very few amenities and though they had limited in house meal prep the food is now trucked in The worst part is my mother in law had to terminate her life lease for dementia care. That was two years ago and she died one year ago. To this day Christenson has not repaid the $300,000 and now we know there are over 180 people in the same situation across his nine buildings that he owes $60 Million to. Many have been waiting for three years to get repaid. There are another 400+ people owed over $140 million when they leave. Christenson has NO PLAN or schedule to repay anyone. Government is investigating him but so far he has not repaid them. This a terrible situation for hundreds and hundreds of seniors who trusted Greg Christenson.

These buildings are not bad from the eyes of a painter and contractor. They actually put some effort into this one
