October was our first month. Yes downsizing is a big job, but we had help from granddaughters and staff. We are going to like it here, the staff does more than its best and the food is great, that makes for happy residents so we can feel at home.

I have had the pleasure of moving in countless happy residents to The Williamsburg over the past five years. It is one of my favourite retirement homes to move people into as EVERYONE I have moved in there absolutely loves it. Every time I am on a move or just simply attending one of their fabulous events, it is like "old home week" for me. There are always lots of hugs and kisses and happy memories shared. The residents there are so full of life and always having fun. In fact, we moved a couple in there who asked us to come back and have lunch with them. It took TWO months for us to arrange a lunch date because they were always so busy! If you haven't had a chance to eat the food at The Williamsburg, you must go for a tour and lunch. The food is out of this world. Steve, the chef, is A+++++++. The staff there are all so lovely and friendly. It is always a pleasure to be there, whether on business or just a social visit. I just had the opportunity to tour the Williamsburg and was very impressed with the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. Lisa was a wonderful guide on our tour and introduced us to the many amenities available at the Williamsburg!
