I would likecl to express my appreciation and gratitude to all Thorncliffe staff. The month I spent recouping after knee surgery was a delightful experience. The professional and kind treatment by staff, specifically personal care workers, nursing, kitchen, maintenance and administration was definitely detrimental to my recovery. During my worst pain, there was always someone from the nursing staff readily available to administer medication and comfort. M dining experience with three other petsons and conversing with other residents was extremely interesting and enjoyable. While food choices were not fancy, they were nourishing, which had a positive impact on my health. Accommodations were ample size and sanitized every day. Other surroundings had a pleasant vibe. Daily activities were available. I fully recommend and do understand why persons chose to reside at Thorncliffe. The residency atmosphere has all the makings of home life. Again, my thanks and all the best to all Thorncliffe staff.

Thorncliffe Place not only has excellent care but also an incredible vibe which you get the moment you walk in the door. Don’t be shocked if you are greeted by one of the many fur friends that visit and make this place a warm cozy home. If you want the best care in a loving atmosphere, call them; you won’t regret it!

The staff at Thorncliffe are one of a kind! Friendly, caring and compassionate. You can tell how much they care about the residents and how much the residents love living here. Their friendly interactions say it all. If you want a place where your parents are well looked after and you will have peace of mind, look no more and call Thorncliffe!
