My uncle has been a resident at Venvi Belcourt résidence pour retraités since May 2024. We are very grateful to both Marise and Aisha for working closely with us to find a solution for our uncle when his health started to decline. We are also sad because we know he was very happy living at Belcourt. Thanks to you both and also to your staff for all the help, support, flexibility, compassion and care you provided to our dear uncle Ray and to us. All the best, Liane and Chantal

I wish I could leave a 0 star! The staff here are extremely rude. I have my mom residing in this residence, and a staff member had the audacity to speak to my mom, who has dementia by the way, after she accidentally entered the dining room when it wasn’t dinner time, and said, “madame, sortez sinon je vais vous gigoter.” When I asked to speak to the dining room manager, he completely ignored me and left through another exit door. I was then told by an employee that “he had to leave early because he has a newborn baby to take care of,” as if my mom doesn’t live here for a reason to be taken care of. How ignorant.

We feel extremely lucky and grateful to have found the Venvi Belcourt retirement home. From the moment we walked in, everything just felt right. Dad was made to feel welcome from day one, and after one month of living at Belcourt, he knows he made the right decision and feels perfectly at home. The staff are outstanding, even generous beyond the call of duty: everyone from the director to the administrative staff, nurses, cleaners, and kitchen team, is warm, attentive, highly professional, and truly caring. The other residents are genuinely happy, friendly, and kind – it shows in the warm community atmosphere. Other essentials are right on point: good location, food is excellent, the home and rooms are kept clean, activities are varied, communication with family is first-class, and the safety and security are outstanding. 100% recommended, thank you so much Venvi Belcourt!
