Monthly fee for rent increased 4% and not 2.1% as Ontario guidelines are (See CTV Pat Foran report on Jan 13 2025)/ For this amount of monthly rent a senior can live in a brand new senior retirement in Mississauga Oakville or Norval with all meals included. Incredible that people pay over $3000 per month for no meals included. Please move your loved ones out and let them pay this amount with meals included

Very comfortable, spacious apartments and very helpful staff. Lots of programs and social events and friendly tenants. Close to shops and parks. Pet-friendly.
