Very disappointing experience. The reception staff was unprofessional and inappropriate. She started discussing the ongoing conflict between Iran and Israel and asked me if I knew which community I was working in. I responded that I treat everyone equally regardless of their background. She then said that this is a Jewish community and suggested that people should be treated differently, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. There were also no clear signs or written instructions explaining the building’s rules or regulations. If someone new comes to the building, they would have no way of knowing the expectations. Important rules should either be explained politely or clearly posted on a notice board so everyone is aware. Additionally, the PSW staff were often rude and complained about very small things. I also noticed concerns regarding hygiene practices, as some staff entered rooms without wearing proper PPE kits, which is not appropriate in a care environment.

The staff at Kensington Place are truly exceptional - so kind, supportive, and compassionate. They went above and beyond during my mother's urgent care situation, making sure she was cared for every step of the way. We are so grateful for their kindness and thoughtfulness. I cannot recommend this retirement home highly enough.

Aspira Kensigton Retirement Living is truly a wonderful place. There amazing staff came through for our parents. In just 5 days, we called, we met, we booked , you assessed, we measured , we set up there room, we moved our parents in. What a dedicated team of individuals. The move would never have happened without the special individuals who took us through our 5 day journey. Josie your kindness and ability to understand the situation, your patience with dealing with myself and my brothers, You are beyond a special and caring person .Soonam your calmness and sensitivity made my parents decision so easy. That’s a gift. I and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Our parents will now enjoy all you offer in the kindest most gererous place. A place they can and we can comfortably call their home now. Thank you 🙏
