Our family had a truly positive experience with Oakville Estates Retirement Residence (Respite care ) during a very difficult time. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like we belonged, they were attentive, kind, and never made us feel like they were too busy for us. The staff there were incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating for my sister-in-law. A special thank you to Vanessa, Rhian, and Alex, who made the transition for her feel seamless and took so much time to support and guide us with genuine care and compassion. We are also so grateful to the nurses and PSWs in assisted living for their dedication and kindness. The residence itself is modern and elegant with a variety of activities available, happy hour was definitely our favourite! We truly appreciate the care and support our family received. This is a special place.

Oakville Estates Retirement Home has been a wonderful place for my mother over the past few months. From the moment she moved in, we felt welcomed and supported. The staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely compassionate, which has made a world of difference for our family. A special thank you to Abby, who has been absolutely wonderful. She is kind, patient, and always goes above and beyond to make sure my mother is comfortable and well cared for. Her positive attitude and dedication truly stand out. The home itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a warm, friendly atmosphere. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our mother is in such good hands. We are very grateful to the entire team at Oakville Estates and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring and supportive retirement community. Keep up the great work!

From the moment we moved Mom into this residence, the management and entire staff have done everything possible to accommodate her needs and ensure her comfort. Their dedication and compassion truly show in the care they provide every single day. We have seen such a positive improvement in Mom — she is happier, calmer, more talkative, and genuinely enjoys participating in the activities offered. It brings us so much comfort to see her engaged and thriving. Abby , Rhian and Dennis have been wonderful to work with, always available and attentive whenever adjustments or improvements are needed. We are deeply grateful to the management team, the nurses, the PSWs, and the entertainment staff for the kindness and care they show Mom daily. Thank you for giving our family such incredible peace of mind.
