  We have been thrilled with the facilities and staff at Prince of Wales. The staff not only know the names of the residents, they get to know families as well. It is a close knit, caring community. The suites are being renovated as they become available. Both one bedrooms and studios are large compared to other residences we toured. My Mother says that the food is excellent and there’s always plenty. Serving staff is very kind and attentive. Plenty of scheduled activities for residents - there is always something to do. Staff ensure everyone is aware of activities and are actively encouraged to participate. Prince of Wales is a smaller residence compared to many in the area and has a large secured outdoor area with a patio, gardens and walking path. I would like to thank Alex, Troy, Geoff and Vienna especially for all of their support and guidance while my Mom got settled into her new home.

  As a family we have been so blessed by Prince of Wales Manor. The staff has made the transition for our Dad and family extremely smooth. The staff have all been extremely helpful and professional with any needs/ wants. My Dad has settled in above and beyond our expectations

  I have had the pleasure of working with Prince of Wales Manor through my company's renovation projects, and it has always been a wonderful experience. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted by friendly, welcoming staff who genuinely care about the residents and visitors alike. The positive atmosphere is immediately noticeable, and it is clear that creating a warm and supportive environment is a top priority. One of the things that stands out most is the incredible effort put into resident engagement. There always seems to be a variety of fun, creative, and meaningful activities planned, helping residents stay active, social, and connected. It's inspiring to see the level of dedication the team has to ensuring residents enjoy a vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle. The staff's professionalism, kindness, and commitment to resident well-being make this retirement home a truly special place. It is evident that everyone works hard to create a community where residents feel valued, comfortable, and at home. I would highly recommend this retirement home to anyone looking for a caring and welcoming environment for themselves or a loved one.
