  It has been five years since my last evaluation of Venvi Senior Residence , formerly Chartwell Stonehaven. My mom has been a resident for five years. This last year she has had quite a health decline. The biggest asset Venvi Stonehaven has it’s tremendous staff! I have found the staff to be outstanding! They have been kind, compassionate, caring and knowledgeable! At this stage, I need to be able to rely on the staff more because my mom isn’t doing as well as she was. As the sole caregiver it has been tough but I have found great understanding and good advice given to me by this wonderful staff! The staff at Venvi genuinely care about seniors! If I had to choose all over again, I would choose them! I am so grateful for their insights and kindness! A+++

  My mother joined the Stonehaven community in early 2024 and I am grateful that we made that choice. The residence itself is beautiful with immaculate suites and a charming inner courtyard, and located close to community amenities. It also offers a wide range of apartments and units to serve various needs and lifestyles. But what makes Stonehaven remarkable is its staff. From the Manager, the front desk, nursing staff, chefs, housekeeping, and more, my mother and our family have been met with nothing but genuine care and kindness. We have experienced a number of challenges over the past year and we were always well-supported with mom’s safety and comfort taking top priority. Recently, our needs changed and mom is transitioning to the more supported side of the residence. The staff have gone above and beyond to make that transition as smooth as possible, taking my mother’s personal needs and preferences into consideration to find the very best suite and services for her lifestyle. I know that I have a trusted partner in Stonehaven when it comes to mom’s care, and that she is surrounded by genuinely warm and caring people who feel like extended family. I would recommend Stonehaven to anybody looking for a warm, compassionate, and family-like retirement community for their loved ones.

  Venvi at Stonehaven is blessed with a caring and compassionate team that is responsive to the needs of all residents. It is a comfortable, quiet, clean and meticulously maintained facility where folks find community and comfort. My experience there was truly extraordinary and if I need respite care again, I will certainly be going back to Venvi. Loved ones can rest comfortably know that their parent will be in good hands here.
