  It was very sad to go see my nonno daily, he was never take care of properly. He got worse everyday he was at this horrible place and nobody cared. We placed him here thinking he was in good hands this was defenetly not the case. Rosita and Gina have no empathy for seniors and these people should not be taking care of seniors now or ever. Terrible people to deal with. Please do not ever trust these people with your loved ones.

  Watching what my family went through at Casa Dolce was heartbreaking. I would never recommend this home to anyone looking for compassionate, respectful care for a loved one. From the beginning, we were promised excellent care and support, but our experience was the complete opposite. My family repeatedly raised concerns about my grandfather's care, including how medications were being managed, yet we often felt our concerns were dismissed instead of being taken seriously. Rather than feeling supported, we felt intimidated and discouraged from speaking up. What upset me the most was seeing how emotionally draining this experience became for my grandfather and my entire family. It often felt like additional fees were prioritized over improving the quality of care. Every time we had questions or concerns, we were met with frustration instead of compassion. I did not see the empathy, accountability, or respect that families deserve when trusting others with the care of someone they love. If you're considering Casa Dolce, I strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about medication practices, complaint handling, staffing, fees, and resident rights before making a decision. I sincerely wish our family had chosen a different home.

  I am agreeing with all the bad comments made today by my family and friends about all the heart break we had to go through with our father being in your facility. I was in the hospital, had to have brain surgery and was in rehab for 7 weeks. could not even see my dad just hearing that he was not being treated well broke my heart. My siblings were running back and fourth taking care of me and my dad. The one thing that my family forgot to mention was that before surgery we received a call that my poor father had blood pooling on his arm and they cleaned it up but they were not sure what happened. Well when I went there they told me that my father wanders a lot and went into somebody’s room so I asked the nurse to let me know which room he wandered into as I wanted to speak with that resident to see if they knew what had happened. This is when she told me I grabbed your dads arm gently to take him out of the room, when I saw the huge scab that looked like a dog bit him, I said excuse me but this could not have been a gentle grab. I grab my dad gently all the time and do not scar him like that. It looked like she took her nails and :or a tool of some sort as it was horrendous. My poor dad. Very unhappy with this place .. Gina Batista is not a good representative for our elderly parents Please Do Not Send Your Loved Ones Here!!
