Rosita and the entire staff at Casa Dolce Casa Retirement Home have been an absolute blessing. From the very beginning, they have shown genuine compassion, patience, and understanding. They take the time to answer every question with care and never make you feel rushed or unheard. Their kindness and empathy truly stand out, and it’s clear that they treat every resident with dignity, respect, and love. Knowing your loved one is surrounded by such supportive and attentive people brings incredible peace of mind. Casa Dolce Casa is more than just a residence, it truly feels like a warm, caring home!

My brother and I entrusted our Father Luigi Pigmotti to CASA Dolce CASA. Only some of the staff was kind and compassionate. The director at the time decided my father needed a haircut and instead of contacting my brother or I they buzzed his entire head. I walked passed my Father in the dining room because I didn't recognize him. My Father had a look of shame in his eyes that I will never forget. I had already booked an appt. With my husband's barber. It was June 2020 during COVID. His barber would come to give him a haircut at Casa Dolce. My Father was at Chartwell where the staff really care for and give elderly men and women the care they need with dignity and pride. Our parents truly deserve this. Our hearts were broken when we found out my Father was dying and he was in a place where only some staff were compassionate and the care he deserved and made him feel respected.he was there from June 2020 to the day he died November 16, 2020.

It's been a big change for my wife, our child, and me, and while it was a difficult decision to move so far away, I know we made the right choice for our family's future. Knowing that my parents are in a safe and supportive old-age care living facility has also given me immense peace of mind. I've seen firsthand how well they are being looked after, with dedicated staff, engaging activities, and a community of their peers. It's comforting to know that they have the best care available, and I truly believe they are happy and well-cared for. Thank you, Casa Dolce Casa! 😊
