  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. The person I spoke with over the phone was rude, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of empathy and understanding. Instead of listening and trying to help, they were dismissive and made me feel as though my concerns were unimportant. Good customer service requires respect, patience, and professionalism, none of which were demonstrated during this interaction. This experience left a very negative impression!

  Weston Garden’s is a place dear to our hearts. We can’t say anything but amazing things about this Retirement Village, this is the best place to be for our aging loved ones. The staff is absolutely amazing, they are engaging, and caring. The grounds and patio’s are stunning. Nature surrounds the building, flowers, trees and all of God’s beautiful creatures. For a Gardner it’s heaven on earth. We met them in a most difficult time in our lives, we had to find a retirement home for our dear Willi. He had come to a place where he could no longer care for himself alone, he needed help, but not too much, he loved his independence and that is what we wanted for him. We went in search during covid, a difficult time for us all, a place that could keep he safe, protected, engaged and care for him, but still allowed him independence and dignity to be him everyday. We wanted a place that would feel like a resort but have all the amenities needed to give him the best experiences daily and quality of life during the times required. We found Mary “Help for Mom” through the social worker at Brampton Hospital, she knew of Weston Garden’s through personal experience. I had visited several homes and nothing clicked until my meeting at Weston Gardens. The staff treated me, like they had always knew me. I toured the facility, saw the gardens, and knew this was the place. Willi was a gardener, spent hours on his front porch drinking his coffee, making his personal garden beautiful, it was his joy and passion in life, I knew he would fit in just fine. Willi lived happily for the rest of his life at Weston Gardens. He enjoyed the theme night dinners, singers in the lounge, bingo and movie night, arts and crafts. His favorite was the BBQ’s on the deck, the staff cooking an exquisite meal for the residents. Every meal was served in the dining room lounge, he had always commented they fed him wonderful food, a variety of different dishes and sometimes he just over indulged, but the cooking was restaurant style made with love. Facebook page was filled with posts for us to see the activities , happening and making us feel like we could be with him always as we went about our daily lives. You can see the happiness on the residents faces, I can’t imagine how much happiness and fun times he would have missed out on if we had not found Weston Gardens. I know you love your aging family and it’s a hard decision to make, one we can’t take lightly, but if you are wondering ever if it’s the right time or not, the right thing to do, please take the step and tour Weston Gardens. You won’t regret it. 24 hour on site Nursing staff, Doctor visits, hair salon, dining hall, hotel style rooms, wonderful gardens with patio’s, hearing aid on-site visits. You won’t have to go anywhere else it can be done all on-site with the help of the wonderful staff. Located in prime location in North York, easily accessible by car or bus. We are enterally grateful to the lovely staff and people at Weston Gardens. This is not just a job to them, it is their honor and privilege to take care of these wonderful loving, aging human beings, we call family. They showed Willi and us compassion, love and caring right to the end. Please reach out to them…take the tour… you will love it.

  Not happy with this place it’s beautiful, but a very dear friend of mine was in here and when I went to see him, I found he had bedbugs bites he had been here for a few years so it’s not like they were new spoke to management and they said they had done all they could do up to the code wished I had read the reviews about the bedbugs on this place before he went in there
